This release expands your stakeholder management and puts a strong focus on noticeable quality-of-life improvements in your daily workflow. Featuring new filters, intelligent navigation, and privacy-compliant importing of parliamentary staff, your daily political research and contact management become even smoother and more secure.
Stakeholder Management & CRM
- Data-compliant capturing of staff members: Personal assistants of National Councillors and Council of States members, as well as accredited guests, are now displayed directly in MP profiles. Since they are not considered Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), only their names are mirrored initially for strict data privacy reasons (FADP/GDPR). With a single click, you can convert them into custom contacts and add individual email addresses or phone numbers in full legal compliance.
- Quick access to stakeholder profiles: From custom updates and contact engagement history, you can now jump directly into respective contact profiles with a single click, noticeably speeding up the maintenance of your stakeholder network.
Reporting & Analytics
- Targeted reporting by procedure and level: Export reports specifically filtered by procedure type (e.g., consultations) and legislative level (canton, national, EU) to create tailored dossiers and briefs for your executive management.
- Committee decisions at a glance: For Swiss national committees, voting results and minority positions are now automatically detected and listed on the timeline, allowing you to instantly see a committee's stance on an affair.
Newsfeed, Dashboard & Quality of Life
- More precise filters exclusively in the newsfeed: The newsfeed view has been equipped with new multi-criteria filters (topics, tags, levels & bodies, date range). This allows you to search daily news even more accurately for the agenda items relevant to you.
- Smart scroll retention & seamless browsing: The system now remembers your exact scroll position when navigating back from a detailed view—currently available in the newsfeed, dashboard, and card view in research. Combined with new infinite scrolling in the newsfeed, this ensures a smoother user experience without continuously resetting to the top of the page.
- Global data loss prevention: A new warning modal protects you across the entire platform when using input forms (e.g., editing dossiers, creating templates, or populating internal data fields). If you accidentally close a window, the system warns you about unsaved changes.
- Flexible read status: Updates in your inbox can now be marked back as "unseen" at any time to re-prioritize key topics on your dashboard for later processing.
Data Quality & Optimizations
- Optimized data ingestion for various cantonal affairs and consultations (including the cantons of Thurgau and Neuchâtel).
- Structured overview in the session schedule thanks to a new "Happening now" section with a countdown feature for active parliamentary sessions.
- General stability improvements, restoration of missing voting details at the national level, and reliable delivery of email notifications.
